Our team consists of 15 experienced mould designers who could skillfully utilize the latest engineering software to directly take the clients CAD model into mould design. All mould designs are then validated and conform to our clients tooling standards and moulding specifications.
We are proficient in the design of prototype, inserting mould, over mould and hot runner mould. We have profound experience in engineering of HUSKY, INCOE, EWIKON, SYNVENTIVE , MATSTERTIP, YUDO and other famous hot runner molds. Besides, we are also skilled in applying HASCO, DME, PARKER, STAUBLI standard fittings into mold making.
